Scottie got a new haircut! He looks so old!!!


I decided that we needed to get outside before it rained again to expel some energy out of Scottie. Shaun enjoyed the sun on his face, too! Its hard for me to do things just with Scottie... I feel like Stephen is missing out and it is not fair for us to do things without him. I am just going to have to get over that one though cause Stephen is doing lots of things without us at school! Scottie deserves to have fun adventures and learn new things~ just as Stephen did when he was Scottie's age! Look for more adventures with Scottie and Shaun soon! We ARE going to work on doing more!

Food Fun!!

Today I learned why you don't leave food in front of a hungry baby! We had fun exploring in our lunch before we ate it and are having a blast with all our new flavors. After a bath and some good scrubbing, we are looking forward to dinner tonight to see what the next food adventure holds!

Children everywhere!

Babies, babies, babies!! This week was awesome! God is so good! Thank you for the blessing of Children. My friend started the week out birthing her 9th child, Ella Ann, Shaun then celebrated the start of his 7th month of life, and my niece, Emmalyn Elizabeth, was born the following day! What a start to the new year! Just thought I would share....

Emmalyn Elizabeth Puffenbarger

Congratulations to my sister Steph and brother Jarrod on their growing family! Emmalyn was born on January 11, 2012 at 4:14 p.m. and weighed 7.5 lbs. She is so beautiful and I can't wait to meet her!

So happy that my mom could go and help Steph out this time (since I couldn't make another trip due to all my Mommy responsibilities!) I just wish it was me in the pic all the same :) Can't wait to hold this little girl this summer!

Shaun is 7 months!

Although petite in size, Shaun makes up for that inpersonality! He is doing well with eating, helping me with every meal, is rolling around every where, and is a joy to be around! It has been a hard few months with ear infections and respiratory infections one after another, but we were able to celebrate his first Christmas relatively well and ring in the new year too! He was enamored with the lights on the Christmas tree, loved the holiday music, and had fun tearing the torn open paper of Christmas morning. We also had everyone here for Christmas dinner so he had a great time meeting some extended family for the first time! New year's was spent at Granddad and Grandmama's house with Aunt Rachel, Uncle Caleb and cousins and we all had great time playing games and watching the kids grow their relationships! Enjoy some of the highlights of this month with Shaun Peter!!
